Our top priority is that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Select Better Look systems come with a 7-day Money Back Guarantee. If you decide you don’t like the equipment for any reason during those first 7 days, just give us a call to set up a return or exchange. No matter what the reason returning or exchanging is that simple!

Unlike a traditional purchase, when you receive your qualifying Better Look Medical equipment you get to actually live with it for 7 days. Set it up, see how it fits in your practice, and make sure it does exactly everything that you need it do.

There is no fee to return or exchange any equipment. You will be refunded the price you paid for the equipment, excluding the return shipping fee.

There are a few limits surrounding our 7-day Money Back Guarantee. The first day of your test-it-out period starts on the day that you receive the equipment. If you decide to return the equipment, please let us know prior to 5 p.m. EST on the 7th calendar day after receiving it. We will make arrangements with you to coordinate the return at that time. Additionally, you can use the equipment for up to 100 images during your 7-day test-it-out period. You can still return the equipment if it’s taken over 100 images, however, for every additional image over the 100 image limit, we will charge you a fee of $1.00 per image. If you choose to exchange, you can receive up to three systems. However, if you accept the third system, you choose to forego the third 7 Day Money Back guarantee. Please note, we cannot accept a return where the equipment has been modified, damaged, or altered from its original condition when we delivered it to you. We also cannot accept a return if the equipment has been in an accident or has had a lien or other encumbrance put on the equipment.

All items are shipped via 3-day express service.

We strive to keep items in stock and ready to ship but that is not always possible.  If you need an item urgently, please contact and we can let you know availability.
